Today we started to use Storyboardthat, it is a software to make storyboards for our news package. We found that the storyboard is very easy to use and it enables us to do what we need it do.

Creating the opening sequence - Lauren

When making our second draft of our opening sequence we put images flying across the screen, this was originally done on adobe after effects:



Then we decided it would be easier to do the same sequence of images but on adobe premier elements:


We decided to do this as we thought trying to transfer it from one software to another would be more difficult than just putting the same sequence on adobe premier elements.  Also this allowed us to keep all the footage we had in the same place and we had more experience using adobe premier.
